I've been a patient here since last year and I truly cannot say enough about the medical providers and support staff here. I haven't read any reviews, however I'm perplexed by the low ratings online. I've always been treated with dignity and respect, and the longest I've ever had to wait was 30 minutes to be seen, once. I've found that the providers go above and beyond, and they are quite thorough. They are currently expanding services to the community, which means more people will be served. Management has been incredible and the care I've received has far exceeded any preconceived notion I might've had. The medical assistants are amazing and truly care about their patients. The community healthcare workers are wonderful too. I highly recommend this facility. Note: They also have a dental clinic and pediatrics here, as well as X-rays and more. The dental clinic is amazing as well, as are all the providers and staff. Everyone is so well trained and professional, all across the board. I've had X-rays done too, and the technician was so kind. I truly feel blessed to be a patient here!

This place is very unorganized. You have appointment and they don’t honor it and have you wait so long while your the only one sitting there. They tell you don’t need appointment to get results but yet have you wait so long and there’s no one there. The worst place to come and get any medical needs met. Do not come here

The phone service is the worse you can be listening to their elevator music for almost an hour. The receptionist, nurses, & even providers are the best wish they had a better answering system

This place is convenient for anyone who doesn’t have insurance. The wait is normal with an appointment and the staffs are professional and very nice. I wanted to give 5 stars but I feel at times they’re distracted when making an appointment. We made a few appointments for family members who needed the blood TB and instead received the skin and paid . After making sure the appointment was for the blood still the skin was given so we had to pay again for the blood. This happened 2 times. Granted it was still affordable but when you’re struggling financially, it’s a struggle. Thank you to the staff !

My experience at San Bernardino Public Health Center was great! I had to get 2 rabies vaccines as a requirement for my veterinary technician program, and the San Bernardino Public Health Center process for making an appointment was so easy. Delightful staff! Especially Sonya, she was great! Always had a smile, polite conversation, and administered my vaccines exceptionally. I would definitely come again!
